With the Extra Fast Track Special Naturalization Programme, Sierra Leone offers for the first time a fully digital and significantly accelerated naturalization process – with fixed deadlines and a money-back guarantee.
The process in three stages
- Day 0 – clock starts: all documents have been submitted in full, the certified translations are in place and the programme fee has arrived in the lawyer’s escrow account.
- Day 60 – naturalized: you receive your certificate of naturalization, and your passport application is filed online as a new citizen.
- Day 120 – passport on its way: your passport has been issued and shipped to you by DHL.
The guarantee
If your passport has not been issued and shipped by DHL within 120 days in total, you receive the full submission fee of USD 4,750 back. This binding commitment comes directly from the official government programme partner.
Which programmes does the Extra Fast Track apply to?
All four: Solo Entrepreneur, Enterprise Citizenship, Fast Track and Heritage Citizenship.
What does the Extra Fast Track cost?
Because the new digital process is first run with a limited group, there is no surcharge until 15 October 2026. Participation is limited to 30 complete applications. After that, the Extra Fast Track remains available – for an express surcharge of USD 10,000.
What must be in place by 15 October 2026?
- all required application documents – submitted in full,
- all necessary certified translations,
- the programme fee in the escrow account of the appointed lawyer.
